Always plenty going on in the Savage house on the weekends yet we still find a few minutes to relax, hang out in our jammies and spend some quality time together. Friday we started out the weekend with our new neighbors Katie and Damien. Love that! We made lemon drops and picked up a pizza at papa murphys. Saturday Danny had to ref so Lyla and I tagged along with Dan and Rielda (Grandpa and Grandma Savage) to see Alex Bachmeier who is recovering from a horrible car accident this last week at Harborview Hospital in Seattle. I think Lyla brought a few smiles to the room which was nice. Afterwards we headed to Uwajimaya, a first for me, to have lunch and shop. I bought live crabs (yikes...pitching all the way home). Rielda bought a ton of sushi. Octopus is Danny's favorite. That evening the entire fam got together to enjoy all our purchases. Sunday we spent a relaxing day at home. And in the evening Lyla and I even went to visit Daddy at the rink where he was refing a men's league game. She was glued. We might have a sports fan on our hands. Sad to see the weekend go.

Sounds like a fun weekend. Sorry about Alex that is really scary. I love a good "Heather Drop"...SO excited to see you this week :)
