4th of July Weekend - Saturday

Saturday was the first day of the 50th Peach Arch Open tournament at Ski Park. We got up early to get to the lake on time. Danny ended up being first off the dock at 8am. He had a amazing start to the day 3 at 35off but sadly it was taken away when the boat realized they Danny was on the wrong rope. It was totally a boat error but he had to run the passes again just the same and he didn't so as well the second time around. He fell at 32 still not a bad pass but not a personal best which is what the first run was. Oh well. The rest of the day was filled with golf, lounging around under our pop-up shade, more swimming for Lyla and a little more skiing (Grandpa Stajgr Slalomed, Dad Tricked). Mom actually golfed, the first time since getting pregnant and having our daughter and surprisingly it went pretty well. In the evening we heading back in to town to celebrate the rest of the 4th with the Savage clan. We got there pretty late so we didn't get to hang out to long and we went home before the fireworks. Between the three of us I don't think any of us were going to make it. We were exhausted and still needed to get up early the next day to be at the second day of the tournament.
