We had a full three day weekend. Friday we heading out to Rainier Lake early in the morning. Daddy took a few practice sets with Grandpa Savage and Mommy and Lyla hung out. While there Lyla took her first swim. First just the toes but gradually we went all the way in (well up to the neck anyway...I don't think either mommy or daddy was ready to take her completely under). She wasn't a big fan but if we splashed her around she seems to get distracted enough from the chill to enjoy it. It definitely cooled her down. All three days this weekend were in the 90s...hot, hot, hot! In the afternoon Aunt Alicia, her cousins Wriley and Ruby and Grandma Savage came and we all had lunch together. In the evening we headed over to Ski Park to have dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Stajgr. They had come to the tournament a day early to golf and enjoy a beautiful day.
