2012 Family Photos

I realized today that I never shared the rest of the photos that we taken of the three of us from last fall. Some of you might have seen a few of these on our Christmas card but I thought I should share just in case you missed it. Of course the wonderfully talented Jeff Hobson of J.Hobson Photography shot these. There are many more but these I think are the best of the best.

Tillamook Cheese Factory

The final stop on our trip was the Tillamook Cheese Factory. As it is a staple item in our house we had to visit. Lyla was pretty amazed by the factory and of course LOVED the ice cream cone at the end. A great end to a great vaca.

Oregon Coast Aquarium

While on our trip we made it down to Newport to visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium. Lyla had a blast so much so that I could hardly get a pic of her. It was a lot of fun. My favorite was the underwater tunnel.

Family Trip to the Oregon Coast

Since it was Lyla's spring break last week we decided to take the opportunity and go on a little trip to the Oregon Coast just the three of us. It was a lot of fun...WET...but a lot of fun. Here are few snaps when we first arrived. We stayed at the Surftides in Lincoln City and absolutely loved our room.

Spring Break

This week is spring break so Lyla and I have been having a lot of mommy daughter time. We started off the week with a full day of fun. First the zoo, then the movies to see the Croods, then haircut, then lunch and the of course a giant snooze as I think I pretty much wore her out. After she got up she practiced her hula in her new grass skirt and top from her Great Grandma Stajgr. The rest of the week has been just as fun. Lot and lots of girl time. Thankfully Daddy is able to take a few days off the rest of this week so we can spend time just the three of us. Looking forward to it.

Time with Grandma

The day before Easter the ladies spent a little time together while the boys stayed home and skied. A little shopping, time at the fabric store picking out material for Lyla's birthday fairy outfit and pedicures. It was a perfect Saturday to combine with the perfect Easter.

What a great weekend. The weather was amazing. Our time with my family was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better Easter.
