Pumpkin Carving
Last night we got ready for Halloween by carving our pumpkins with the Savage family. It was a lot of fun and now we are all ready for the big night. Thank you to Grandma and Grandpa Stajgr for sharing the pumpkins from your garden with us this year.
A Night Out
Saturday Danny and I got to have a little Mommy & Daddy night just the two of us. We went to McKenzi and Anthony Kent's wedding which was so beautiful and it was great to hang out with so many friends. We had a great time and I know our little pumpkin did as well as she had a sleep over with her cousins.

All Ready for Halloween
This weekend Mommy did a lot of crafting. One of my projects was decorating Lyla's trick or treat basket for her costume. After it was finished (love the way it turned out by the way, pretty proud of myself) it got a little someone inspired to try out her whole look. Here you will see her dancing and showing off her Halloween costume to Daddy and I. She was in love. Can't wait to see the whole look together.

To the Pumpkin Patch We Go
Eventhough we got three beautiful pumpkins from my parents garden this year we still couldn't resist going to the pumpkin patch anyway. We had so much fun that Lyla didn't want to leave. It was a great family day and great family weekend for that matter. Love those kinds of weekends.

Nothing is Safe
Now Lyla has always been a curious one but it seems nothing is safe anymore. If a stool isn't available she is resourceful and will have a box from another room in a second. She is also very curious, the "What you doing Daddy?" and "What you doing Mommy?" are the new favorite phrase. It is a new world we are entering into and a fun one.

Oktoberfest
Saturday we headed out to the Puyallup Fair to meet the rest of the Hemisphere Team for Oktoberfest. It was a family day and a lot of fun. Lyla just couldn't get enough. We decorated pumpkins, colored, ate (and of course drank) and hammered some nails. Once we got home we all took naps.
Celebrating 10 Years with Beers & Burgers
In my other world I've been busing preparing for Hemisphere's 10th Anniversary celebration. Wednesday was the big day and it was a huge success. It was wonderful to see how many relationship we've built over the last couple years and how many we've been working with for 10 years. Here are just a few snaps of the party (before it had begun...not many taken once the guests started arriving). It was a lot of fun, I am still recovering :)
